The safety of our clients and therapists is our highest priority. We are closely following protocols directed by the CDC and Federation of State Massage Therapy Boards.
Listed below are the current protocols that we are following in the office:
-ALL CLIENTS MUST COMPLETE AN UPDATED HEALTH QUESTIONNAIRE VIA EMAIL PRIOR TO THEIR APPOINTMENT.
-If you tested positive for Covid-19, a copy of your negative Covid test dated within 72 hours of your appointment is required.
– We ask clients to wait outside until their appointment time to avoid crowding in the waiting area. We will greet you at the door. PLEASE DO
NOT ARRIVE EARLY.
-Currently face coverings are still required in the office. If you do not have one we will provide one for you. If you have been fully vaccinated you may remove your face covering only while face down on the massage table.
-All visitors must sanitize their hands and remove their footwear upon entering. Hand sanitizer is provided.
-All clients must answer a series of Covid-19 related questions prior to their session.
-The massage rooms, bathroom and waiting area are completely sanitized after EVERY client.
-We will no longer be providing water for clients (we do apologize) so bring your own!
-We have air purifiers running in all massage rooms during sessions and we ventilate rooms between sessions for at least 30 minutes by opening all doors and windows.
-We ask that all appointments be paid at the time of booking unless paying with cash or check (written in advance) to avoid crowding in the common areas.
